我們預訂的家庭房，是2張單人床配一個梳化床，但是沒有什麼景觀，房間就在1層，窗外就是堡坎，如果度假希望有更好的視野和景觀，可以定高級家庭房，實景看到高級家庭房更大，配置的是2張單人床和一個高低床，外面就是草坪，價格略貴，不過整體斯堪的品質還是不錯的，早餐標準化，酒店旁邊是個滑雪場，最高點可俯瞰奧斯陸全景，很震撼

酒店感覺很老了，但是房間很大，窗戶也很大，配套都不錯，酒店已經開暖爐了，大堂特別有國外的氛圍感，早餐選擇也很多！

我兩次來奧斯陸旅行，都是選擇了這家酒店。主要是這家酒店的位置比較好。但是這次辦理入住酒店時，前台服務員的態度不是很好。我們是通過訂房網站網提前一個月時間預訂的，預訂時就已經付款了全部費用的。辦理入住時我們也已經告知了前台服務員，但不知道為什麼？前台小姐還是要我們刷卡付款了N O K8780元才能入住。這樣我們就是重複付款費用了。希望訂房網站能與當地酒店多協商解決，把重複付款的酒店費用退還給我們！

The location was perfect and everything was clean and available in the hotel. There was self service for breakfast which was well organized. The location for the hotel was also good for a good hike up and down.
